While doing this exercise, first of all you should focus on your breath. Then take a deep breath so that oxygen is filled in your lungs. Breathe for at least five seconds. After this, remove this oxygen for the next five seconds. Perform this workout only for five or seven minutes daily.
2. Rib Stretch :-
To perform this exercise you must stand upright. Now breathe slowly and take as much oxygen as you can in your lungs. Now let this oxygen stay in your lungs for a few seconds. After that slowly take it out. Now place your hands on your waist and bend alternately to the right and left.
Move your hands up. Bring your left hand down gently and place it on your waist and bend slightly. The right hand should be up.This will make you feel stretched on your right side. Now repeat this exercise from the other side.
3. Cardio exercise:-
Cardio is also considered to be the key to exercise in increasing lungs capacity. There are many lunge exercises in cardio, which are very beneficial in strengthening our langs and increasing their stamina.
If you want to stay fit, then you should do cardio exercises daily for at least 30 to 40 minutes.The more and faster you workout, the more your lungs will benefit for your lungs, you need exercise like running, jogging, swimming.

To do baby push ups, first lie down on the ground in the position of push ups. Look down so that your spine and neck are in a line. Place your hands on the ground, so that you can gently lift your head, throat and shoulders and take a deep breath in.
Bend your arms slightly with the elbow. Exhale again and return to the previous position. In this exercise, whenever you breathe, your chest opens. Along with this, your lungs also get benefit.
